Mthokozi Khathi better known as DJ Tira formed the deejay duo Durban’s Finest together with Dj Sox in 2004. They were the team that first exploded the Durban sound onto the South African dance scene.
Soon after Afrotainment was born – which started off as an events company and ultimately ended up as a record label. DJ Cndo was the stable’s first artist and to date they’ve produced hit makers like Dj Fisherman, Afro Soul and Channel O Music Video Award winners Big Nuz.
