Doctor Khumalo kicks his favourite songs into the public sphere!

On the left:Thabo MokweleDoctor Khumalo is the next guest on Mzansi Magic’s popular Top Ten At 10: My Life in Music, beaming out of South Africa’s newest homegrown television channel on Wednesday 28 July at 22:00.
Hosted by Kaya FM’s Thabo “T- Bose” Mokwele, this exciting combination of radio and television is filmed at the Kaya FM studio and sees T-Bose coax some of Mzansi’s most well-known personalities into revealing the 10 songs they can’t live without. The videos of each of these tracks are then played in-between T-Bose’s probing yet informal interviews.
Episode 1 featured ANC Youth League President, Julius Malema, and the second show on Wednesday 21 July saw Bob Mabena in the hot-seat.
Just how the veteran broadcaster would choose from the many, many songs he’s played on air over the years to create his own personal Top Ten proved fascinating stuff.
In the end it was a mix of smooth R&B, Hip-hop, and soul music that made the grade, with the inimitable Joe Nina flying the flag for South Africa in Bob’s Top Ten (see the full list below).
Just who Doctor Khumalo will select remains to be seen: after all the footballer has dabbled in the field himself!
