Gurash to be sued over Drug Accusations
By Editor , 18 Aug 2008Kwaito artist Gurash, real name Archibald Motlhatlhedi, is facing a quarter of a million rand lawsuit from kwaito star Kabelo after he alleged that Bouga Luv was pushing drugs while studying to be a pastor.
In court papers, Kabelo denies he was taking drugs, let alone that he offered Gurash any banned substances.
The Sunday World (SA) quotes Kabelo saying “I won’t tolerate being defamed. I will do whatever it takes to protect myself. That is all I can say for now”, in an exclusive interview.

Kabelo has hired the same lawyer,Billy Gundelfinger, who saved TKzee’s Magesh life(literary) in Botswana.
Kabelo has been moving from strength to strength since declaring himself drug free, and has since opened his own record label, has his own Reebok clothing line and more recently was chosen as South African’s ambassador to the Olympics among other achievements.
Gurash latest album “Winner Takes All”, was due to be released last month, but for some reason has been delayed.
