Where do I start? There are just certain things that are not easy to start from the beginning as it might take us years to explain and getting to the point. Come with me as I take you through a journey in the life of Mzanzi ‘s multi-talented queen.

Born Khabonina Qubeka 28 years ago, she is currently in the studio cooking the album which is due for release this year. I had an opportunity to listen to her first single called Gama lako and it promises to be a heat with mature audience and young people with taste for good music. The track touches on the four letter word love. Her vocal ability and interpretation would make many people fall in love and give hope to those who lost hope in love. The track represents the current modified African women who can express their feelings to the opposite sex. The production team also do justice as the beats compliment the song bird voice seemlessly.

“…represents the current modified African women who can express their feelings to the opposite sex.”

She is an actress, dancer, choreographer, MC, Businesswoman and a Musician. Khabo ,as she is affectionately known to her friends, is currently studying for a BA in communication Science with UNISA. She is a founder and creator of her dance clothing line Khabodacious Dance Gear and has a PR company, Khabonina Concierge & Public Relations (KCPR). She is no stranger to many South Africans and Africans. Looking at her past archievement you will find she has hosted the “Africa Day” celebration show live on SABC Africa, played lead roles in mutliple soaps and television dramas. She also graced our television screen in Muvhango, Rhythm City, The Lab,Mthunzini.Com and For Sale. This sis why it was no surprise when this superwoman was nominated for a SAFTA (South African Film & Television Awards) for “BEST VILLAINESS” in a Soap.

This song bird, has been invited by the then first lady Zanele Mbeki to as a motivational speaker. Going up there leader with her archievement Khaboninia was also invited by the then President Kgalema Motlante to the Ceremony of National Orders as an announcer.

There is no doubt that this talented young woman has lot to offer the mzanzi ‘s music industry. She has a positive attitude, energy and is full of life.
